Insurance CRM Pros is an independent consulting, administration, training, and technical support service operated by Divine Software Systems LLC. AgencyZoom is a Vertafore product. Insurance CRM Pros and Divine Software Systems LLC are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Vertafore, AgencyZoom, Farmers Insurance, or any insurance carrier.
Trademarks
Third-party names are used to identify products, systems, or agency affiliations. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Mention of a provider does not imply a partnership, certification, or endorsement.
Service pricing and scope
The advertised $250 per agency per month covers Insurance CRM Pros services only, with no Insurance CRM Pros setup or per-user fee. AgencyZoom licenses and all other third-party subscriptions, vendor fees, and usage charges are separate. We do not mark up third-party subscriptions.
Configuration, automations, and integration assistance depend on your AgencyZoom plan, supported capabilities, vendor access, and connected systems. The specific work, onboarding priorities, billing arrangements, and cancellation terms must be agreed before service begins. An inquiry does not create a paid subscription.
Support
Support requests are accepted 24/7. This does not mean immediate or continuously staffed live support. We do not replace software vendors’ support teams, control vendor uptime, or guarantee particular sales results.
Authorized access and agency responsibilities
Agencies are responsible for maintaining their own software subscriptions, authorizing appropriate access, approving communications and workflows, and complying with requirements applicable to their business. Do not send credentials or customer records through the public inquiry form.

Website information describes our current offering and may be updated. A separate service agreement governs an active client engagement. The website does not provide insurance, legal, or regulatory advice.
